We finally were able to welcome fifteen new missionaries to the Honduras San Pedro Sula East Mission on Saturday, December 23, 2017. They were originally scheduled to arrive on Monday, Dec 18, but the airport was shut down due to the political protests that were taking place at the time. We waited patiently for the airport to reopen and for the protesting to quiet. After a five day delay, it was finally deemed safe for the missionaries to travel arriving just in time for Christmas. We were so thrilled to welcome them here and they were just as excited to begin their service among the humble people of Honduras. It was the best Christmas gift ever!
